WHY DO YOU SUGGEST A 6 MONTH COMMITMENT?

Change takes time and commitment. Rome wasn't built in a day and nor can you expect to become a better leader with an overnight magic potion. Our program has been designed to help you understand where you are at, who you are, what's important to you, and to help you set clear goals, build a stronger team, and improve your communication skills. Each of these 5 topics runs for 4 to 6 weeks. So all in all expect to allocate 6 months as a minimum for your LSA Lounge journey.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY HYBRID?

We know that all people learn differently, our hybrid approach combines our tried and tested online learning resources with a personalised one-on-one mentoring program to help you grow.

For all our hybrid members, we will allocate direct time with one of our LSA Lounge Mentors, then will work with you to help address your specific needs and challenges. 

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL?

If you feel that you are not getting enough value, then you can cancel at any time, just give us 30 days notice and we will stop all payments. 

TELL ME ABOUT THE ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS?

Our one-on-one sessions are with one of our LSA Mentors.  These sessions may be in person (location dependant) or on a Google Meet session. But these one-on-one sessions are highly personalised to help you with your own set of unique challenges.

WHAT IS THE LSA LOUNGE?

The LSA Lounge is the name given to our online and hybrid mentoring tools and programs.

All members will also get access to our LSA Lounge Hub, an online portal that is loaded with learning content, interviews and worksheets.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR MY FIRST SESSION?

Just make sure you schedule the time in your diary, it's ideal if you have a quiet space where you can focus fully on your session- particularly if it's a Google Meet session.

If it's in person, just show up at the agreed place at the agreed time and we start things rolling.

Great, our online program is loved by those who like to learn in their own time, on their own terms. 

Our content is accessible from any internet-connected device. So you can consume it whenever it suits you.

We do suggest that you pick a time that suits you each week, pop it in your diary and do at least 1 session per week. All of our sessions are able to be consumed in 30 minutes or less per week. 

Some of our awesome members even listen to it at the gym... talk about multi-tasking!
