What we do differently, is to work with you to understand your unique skills, talents, and abilities and also to understand what are the things that keep you awake at night and excite the hell out of you. We do this by asking difficult, incisive, penetrating questions that may cause discomfort, but are necessary to foster your ongoing success.

Our premium offering is a hybrid mentoring program, whereby we combine one-on-one mentoring services with online course content and learning materials. 


LSA Lounge Members will access personal mentoring with one of our experienced mentors, and will be provided with access to the LSA Lounge an exclusive online learning program that provides video content, interviews with leaders, worksheets, and tools to help you grow personally and professionally.


We offer a Starter, Booster, and Accelerator package for our hybrid mentoring program. You can see the packages here.

We work directly with you to help you with your current challenges. We help you identify your real strengths, and also your weaknesses then help tool you up to lead more effectively.


Choose the number of sessions you want per month and we will make sure to meet you either online one-on-one or in person.

We have a range of mentoring packages to suit your needs. Our starter mentoring package is $750 per month.


With all packages, we recommend that you plan to work with us for at least 6 months, but of course, you can cancel at any time.
